Other Solutions
Stack Heat Exchangers - Furnace, boiler, etc. stacks to heat a liquid/airCurrently, we are developing a system which utilizes a regenerative thermal oxidizer’s exhaust stack coupled with an air-to-water heat exchanger which will then feed a water loop system leading to a number of water-to-air fan forced radiators to introduce very hot air into the drying process of printing presses. Again, we are using our quantitative controls package to define ROI. This solution, when defined and implemented, could be incorporated into many similar operations that have hot air or gases available for heat recapture.
Plate and Frame or Shell and Tube - Oils, etc. greater than 200ºF These heat exchangers will offer a considerable amount of opportunity for facilities that have operations using different hot fluids which a site might not want to be flowing around their facility; e.g. hydraulic fluids, chemical solutions. Fluids that still contain usable btu’s but are either costly or from a safety standpoint the site does not want flowing through the site. If there is unwanted heat available and the site is trying to rid itself of it and the site is creating building heat or pre-warming

a separate operation, AMSEnergy can devise a method to save on a sites various heating costs.
