MANTRA Innovative  Systems

MANTRA Innovative Sytems now designs and builds its Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger featuring Thermosyphon Technology.  We are very proud to be identified with this new highly advanced patented technology that has been shown to be one of the most effective heat exchangers produced.

The Thermosyphon Technology has many advantages over other styles of heat exchangers allowing for each heat pipe to carry a three year warranty.

Features of MANTRA Innovation Systems Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger:

  • High temperature applications.

  • Zero cross contamination as clean energy is all that is transferred.

  • Independent operation of each individual pipe therefore the Heat Exchanger considerably less susceptible to failure.

  • Heat Pipe Heat Exchangers are highly reliable due to “intrinsic redundancy” features offering optimum performance at all times.

  • Scalable design for ease of location, installation and maintenance.

  • Superior thermal transfer ensures smaller exchanger volume and footprint.

  • High efficiency ensures minimal loss of energy.

  • A range of working fluids and pipe materials are available, ensuring the highest performance efficiency under any temperature conditions.

  • A proprietary series of working fluid combinations that allow the energy recovery system to gather and transfer the maximum amount of energy possible.

  • The working fluids within the Thermal Superconductors progress from water to proprietary blends of VOC’s that act in combination to reduce thermal shock on the banks of Superconductors  within the heat exchange housing thereby enhancing the systems performance and  longevity.

  • Thermal Superconductors can effectively operate in atmospheres up to 1800°F (1000°C).

  • Superconductor casings can be designed to a variety of materials dependent on the average temperature and the type of waste stream from which the energy is to be recovered.

  • Most Superconductor casings are constructed from:

            Mild Steel ≤ 900°F (480°C)

            Stainless Steel 900°F – 1800°F (480°C - 1000°C)
